Our dorm facilities are designed for two persons, so we enforce a strict limit of two campers per room.
If you have already registered and did not make a roommate request, you may submit your request in writing by emailing the camp office at smccamps@stmarys-ca.eduand we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note, roommate requests must be mutual, so make sure both campers have requesed one another to better ensure a match.
On registration day, campers will need to check-in at the grassy lawn as you drive straight onto campus at the white tent. After signing in your camper, you will be told where to drop off your camper. This will only occur the first day of camp. Every other day, they will be meeting in their designated camp areas.

Camp staff will not handle or adminster medications to campers, so make sure that your child is responsible for their medicines and is instructed on proper administration of medication. Please notify camp staff of medications your child will be bringing to camp by listing them on the Medical Form.
Our coed camps are the All Sports Camp, Tennis Camp, Baseball Camp, Randy Bennett Basketball Camp and Volleyball Camp.
Electronics are permitted at camp but we ask that campers only use them during downtime. They should ask their coach or counselor for permission before using any cell phone, portable music device, or other electronic device. Though we have not had problems in the past, campers should know that they are fully responsible for their devices and should always keep their electronics in a safe place to prevent damage or theft.
All camp participants under the age of 18 are required to take a swim test to use the pool. The swim test consists of 1 lap across the pool (25 yards) in deep water. Participant must demonstrate effective breathing and forward motion without touching the sides or bottom of the pool. A certified lifeguard will administer the test and determine if it is safe for the participant to use the pool.
*Use of the pool is determined by SMC Camp Staff. Not all camps use the pool.
